PLC Programming

Services include design of complete new PLC systems, troubleshooting your existing PLC or performing a complete system upgrade. ICA is also competent in all communications protocols
HMI Configuration
We offer complete configuration of HMIs. Some brands we deal with regularly include: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Omron, Red Lion, Proface as well as many others. ICA will work with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate this into the HMI design. Following industry best practices in user interface design, whether a new installation, troubleshooting or modifying existing installations.
SCADA System Design
We provide SCADA system design, maintenance, troubleshooting or system upgrades. Capable of everything from working with clients for new installations of site-wide SCADA systems to updates, maintenance and backup of existing systems. Some of the SCADA systems we regularly work with include Citect, ClearSCADA, IFIX and Wonderware.
RTU Programming
Having completed a number of projects for our water industry clients we have experience with Kingfisher, SCADAPack and HydroSpider to name a few. Applications include on-site control or remote monitoring of sites, as well as a combination of both.
Machinery Upgrades
Whether its a new product, an additional process to be added, or a complete control system upgrade, ICA can assist with your machinery needs. Working together with OEMs, we have the capabilities and experience to help you with your upgrade requirements from conceptual design through to final commissioning.
